There are 27 emotions in total. We can feel and express that they will come and go in our lives, but how do we learn them? And achieve our emotional management will be discussed below.

1 Anger 😡

 
 
 
Our very basic emotions will come and make us bad in some situations and good to understand ourselves in others, but many problems come when we decide in anger that it will become very bad.
 
How do I control it? whenever you are angry. Let's get out of that place, keep ourselves in silence, make a smile, and do what you love. You will forget that and go again to face it.
 
 
 

2 Surprise 😱

 
 
 
It is our second common emotion; it will be expressed when something unexpected happens to us. It will bring both happiness and sadness.
 
How do I control it? First, whatever the situation, be ready for anything or go with the flow. If you get good things, enjoy them, and if you get bad, forget them. Let's accept situations; easily, they vanish.
 
 
 

3 Disgust 😖

 
 
 
It's a strong unpleasant feeling when we get ourselves into situations; sometimes it's easy to surpass it, but you have more problems.
 
How do I control it? You get this emotion, get out of the place, and then it slowly decreases.
 
 
 

4 Enjoyment ☺️

 
 
 
It's a common emotion we may feel now also, but it doesn't come all the time but gives a smile to our faces.
 
I don't think it's possible to control this emotion, so let's embrace it and stay positive.
 
 
 

5 Sadness 😔

 
 
 
This emotion, like enjoyment, comes and goes; whenever it comes, we will have happy situations after it. It's like a cycle of things.
 
How do I control it? This emotion takes us awhile, but it doesn't conquer us, so don't get worried about it, and if you are in this, make a smile and wait for happiness; it will vanish.
 
 
 

6 Fear 😨

 
 
 
The main character of this emotional movie is this fellow. We have gotten into this emotion many times but soon got out of it.
 
How do I control it? Fear is a major thing that controls our minds and even ourselves in many situations. Whenever you get this, I recommend facing it, whatever it may be. I can beat you; that's the magic of facing it.
 
 
 

7 Love 💕

 
Love is a powerful emotion that fosters deep connections, compassion, and empathy. It brings joy, fulfillment, and a sense of belonging.
 
Love can inspire acts of kindness, support, and nurturing relationships.
 

8 Excitement 🤩

 
Excitement fuels our motivation and enthusiasm. It encourages us to pursue new experiences, take risks, and embrace challenges.
 
It adds a sense of adventure and anticipation to our lives.
 

9 Guilt 😓

 
Guilt helps us recognize when we have acted against our values or harmed others.
 
It can motivate us to make amends, learn from our mistakes, and strive for personal growth and self-improvement.
 

10 Shame 🙁

 
Although shame can be uncomfortable, it can also serve as a moral compass.
 
It helps us understand societal norms, encourages accountability, and promotes personal integrity.
 

11 Jealousy 😏

 
Jealousy can arise when we feel threatened or insecure. It can highlight our desires, needs, and vulnerabilities.
 
Managing jealousy involves self-reflection, communication, and building trust in relationships.
